Started playing guitar professionally at age 15. Moved to northern New Jersey at 17, playing there and shore points while going to college.
Moved to Boston at 21, did session work and filled in with various bands in the Northeast till returning to Pennsylvania in late 1983.
Started Dirty Tryxx in 1986, where he met Lynn, and continued musically in several different bands ending with 'Not Guilty'. After a short break, Totally Unplugged was born in late December, 1994. After 12+ years of acoustic mayhem, it's back to the roots with screaming electric guitar with BerLin Road.

Musical Roots: Started with Led Zeppelin (of course), pre-1985 Judas Priest,(especially 'Sad Wings Of Destiny), Rush, older David Bowie, and could probably fill the page but you get the jist--the heavier the better -- new or classic.
Equipment: Too many guitars to keep an accurate count, but all the major brands, also vintage and hand made.
Amps: Mashall and Carvin full stacks (mostly vintage). Since moving away from the backline wall of heavy metal stacks, moved on to a more streamlined (back friendly) setup.

According to my family, I started singing about the time I learned to form syllables, and haven't really shut up since.

I guess when you're only destined to grow to 4'10", you learn early that if you're not gonna be seen above the crowd, you may as well be heard. First real band was at age 17, with my brother & his friends. From there on, I would sing with any talented group I could find, from Country to Heavy Metal, Lace to Leather.

Met up with Bern in 1988 after auditioning for what would later become "Dirty Tryxx", then "Not Guilty". After many different musical changes, Totally Unplugged emerged.
And now, after 13 years -"BerLin Road".
Musical Roots: The first songs I ever remember singing were, thanks to my Mom, old Country & Western classics. You know, Hank Williams, Tammy Wynette, etc? (I do a mean "Your Cheatin' Heart"...) But that changed quickly and without turning back once the Beatles appeared on The Ed Sullivan Show. It's been good old Rock ever since.

My favorites : Ummmm....WAY TOO many to mention.

My Equipment: Well, up until a few years back, my equipment consisted of a Shure Microphone, and my vocal cords. Since then, I've branched out a bit. I've used a Korg Synthesizer, Ibanez & Fender Acoustic Guitars, Carvin Acoustic Bass.
By pride & joy now is my Fiesta Red Mustang Bass!!
